Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws in the United States, international copyright laws, and international conventions. Talki offers premium features through in-app purchases. We accept payment through the Apple App Store.
Subscriptions: Talki Premium is available on a monthly or annual basis. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Account Settings.
All purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's own refund policies.
We offer a free trial of 3 complimentary AI translation sessions to new users. At the end of the free trial period, you will be prompted to purchase a subscription to continue using AI features. We reserve the right to modify the terms of the free trial at any time.
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user of the Services, you agree not to:
The Services may invite you to engage with certain functionality that allows you to create, submit, or transmit content (including voice audio and text translations). You retain ownership of your content. By using the Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your audio and text solely for the purpose of providing the translation Services to you.
We do not claim ownership of your voice recordings, transcriptions, or translations. All audio is processed securely and not retained on our servers beyond the active session unless you explicitly save it to your session history.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with through our App.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
These Legal Terms shall be governed by and defined following the applicable laws. Talki and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Legal Terms.
